"Restraint" is a purposeful attempt on my part to pull back and use only essential colors, thus the name, Restraint. I have a tendency to throw every conceivable color on the canvas and make them play well together so I tested myself to see if I could paint something that was still beautiful, interesting and sophisticated with a very small color pallette. It turns out that I can! 
There is definite movement, nuance and anticipation in this unique and colorful painting. I hope you like it.
